1. Scope and nature of this service
These terms apply only to the Staffing & Recruitment service available at careers.localline.in. Vaayuputhra Careers provides a local job-listing and connection platform where employers submit vacancies and job seekers view approved listings and contact employers directly. Unless expressly agreed separately in writing, we are not the employer, staffing contractor or party to any employment agreement.
2. Acceptance
By using the website, submitting a vacancy or contacting an employer through a listing, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
3. Free access for job seekers
No employer or other person may collect an application, registration, interview, verification or placement fee through a Vaayuputhra Careers listing. Never pay money or share banking credentials, card details, passwords, PINs or OTPs to obtain a job.
4. Employer responsibilities
An employer submitting a vacancy must:
- provide accurate, current and lawful establishment, vacancy, salary and contact information;
- have authority to hire for the advertised role;
- not ask job seekers for prohibited fees or misleading deposits;
- not publish discriminatory, illegal, unsafe, deceptive or exploitative opportunities;
- use applicant information only for legitimate recruitment connected to the vacancy;
- inform us promptly when the vacancy is filled, changed or withdrawn; and
- comply with applicable employment, wage, workplace-safety, anti-trafficking, child-protection and data-protection laws.
5. Review and moderation
We may contact an employer to verify a vacancy and may edit a listing for clarity without changing its meaning. Submission does not guarantee publication. We may reject, suspend, close or remove information that appears inaccurate, expired, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with these terms. Verification reduces risk but is not a guarantee of an employer, job or outcome.
6. Job-seeker responsibilities
Job seekers should independently check the employer, work location, role, salary and conditions before travelling, sharing documents or accepting work. Information supplied to an employer is shared directly with that employer, and the job seeker decides what to disclose.
7. Prohibited use
You must not post fake jobs; impersonate another person or organisation; harvest contact details; send spam; distribute malware; misuse personal data; promote unlawful work; or interfere with the website, form, feed or verification process.
8. Third-party services
The platform uses services such as Google Forms, Google Sheets/Apps Script and website hosting. Employer links may open WhatsApp, telephone or email services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
9. No guarantee
We do not guarantee that every listing is error-free, that a job remains available, that any applicant will be interviewed or hired, or that an employer or applicant will perform as expected. To the extent permitted by law, use of the platform and direct dealings between users are at their own risk.
10. Reports and cooperation
Report suspicious listings, fee requests, impersonation or misuse through WhatsApp at +91 63001 98734 or email vaayuputhracareers@gmail.com. Please include the Job ID and relevant evidence. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service develops. The updated date will appear above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction available under applicable law.
